Marksmanship, Training, and Competition
Our mission is to teach, by example, the proper use of and safe handling of firearms through marksmanship, training and competition. Our range is located off of U.S. Hwy 2, approximately 3 miles south of Crystal Falls. BSRC is affiliated with both NRA and CMP. Having firing points at 200 yds and 300 yds, we host High Power matches following NRA rules, including using reduced 600 yd targets. The range is owned by Larry Duford and is operated on a volunteer basis by members of the Border States Rifle Club. Border States Rifle Club is affiliated with the National Rifle Association (NRA) and the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP). We also have what is called a Silhouette Range. We host NRA approved rifle matches for the following disciplines: 1. High Power rifle 2. Long-range rifle
